I am a certified doula passionate about empowering mothers to achieve their ideal birth experiences. My journey began in 2019 when my own challenges with fertility, birth, and postpartum inspired me to learn more.
After navigating NICU stays, postpartum anxiety, and breastfeeding struggles, I realized the power of knowledge and support in transforming these moments. Today I help educate and support women achieve their ideal births.
